Cookie Policy
1. What is a tracker?
A tracker is a file (cookie) or a technical data item (localStorage) placed on your device during your visit to aiforya.fr. It allows the site to function (authentication, saving preferences) or, with your agreement, to measure its audience.
2. Consent Management Platform (CMP)
AIFORYA uses Axeptio, a certified French CMP, to manage your consent. On your first visit to the site, a banner invites you to accept, reject, or customize your choices by category.
You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage my trackers" link in the footer.
Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented in "Basic" mode: all consent signals are set to denied by default, until you express a choice.
3. List of trackers used
3.1. Necessary trackers (without consent, exempt under Article 82 of the 'Loi Informatique et Libertés' (French Data Protection Act))

3.2. Audience measurement (with consent)

These trackers are only activated after explicit acceptance of the "Audience measurement" category in the Axeptio banner. If you refuse, none of these trackers are placed.
3.3. Marketing and advertising
No advertising trackers or remarketing trackers are currently used on aiforya.fr. This category is reserved for future campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), which would be subject to consent before any tracker is placed.
4. Your choices and their effects

The "Reject all" button is as visible and accessible as the "Accept all" button, in accordance with CNIL requirements.
5. Changing your preferences
You can change your choices at any time:
- Click on the "Manage my trackers" link in the footer of this page (or any page on the site)
- The Axeptio banner will open with your current preferences
- Modify and save your choices
6. Retention period
- Consent choices (acceptance or refusal) are stored for 6 months.
- After this period, the banner will be displayed again on your next visit.
- Audience measurement trackers are never kept for more than 13 months (CNIL recommendation).
