4. Intellectual Property

  • Trademark: The "AIFORYA" word and semi-figurative mark has been registered with the EUIPO and is protected throughout the European Union.
  • Copyright: All content present on the site, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, texts, blog articles, tutorials, graphics, logos, icons, images, as well as their layout, are the exclusive property of AIFORYA, with the exception of elements belonging to identified partners or third parties.
  • Protection: Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site is prohibited without prior written authorization from AIFORYA. Any unauthorized use will constitute an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Consumer Mediation
