How many extensions can I download?
Each plan grants access to the corresponding extension catalogue. The Starter plan covers Starter and Free extensions. The Pro plan adds all Pro extensions. The Agency plan unlocks the full catalogue.

On how many sites can I activate my license?
- Starter: 1 site per license
- Pro: 5 sites per license
- Agency: 25 sites per license
What is the BYOK model?
BYOK stands for Bring Your Own Key. AIFORYA extensions that use AI connect to your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google API key. You are billed directly by the AI provider at cost, with no AIFORYA margin.
Concretely: you pay an AIFORYA subscription for the extensions, and separately your AI usage to the providers. Total transparency, no hidden tokens.

Do extensions receive updates?
Yes, as long as the license is active. Updates are pushed automatically via WordPress like any extension. An AIFORYA > Updates screen in WordPress lets you force a check.
An expired license keeps the extension running but stops receiving updates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is done from My account > Billing, which opens the Stripe portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. No additional charge.
Refund policy?
A full refund is granted within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to support@aiforya.fr with your purchase email.
How do I contact support?
By email: support@aiforya.fr. Reply within 48 business hours (target, usually faster).
If the question concerns a specific extension, mention the extension name and the license key in the message (the last four characters are enough to identify it).
Is my customer data shared?
No. AIFORYA only stores license data and metadata of activated sites (domain, WordPress version, last contact). Data processed by extensions stays on your WordPress site or transits directly to your own AI API key (BYOK model). See the privacy policy.
Do extensions work without AI?
Yes for most. AI features are optional and disabled as long as no BYOK key is configured. The extension remains fully functional on its non-AI mechanisms.
Can I try before buying?
Free extensions (Free plan) are available without commitment. They illustrate the general quality of the AIFORYA catalogue and can be installed on a test site. No trial period is offered on paid plans for now — the 14-day refund policy serves as an equivalent guarantee.
