What the plugin does

Install in 2 minutes

1. Download the plugin here (or install it from WordPress.org).
2. Activate it from the Plugins menu.
3. Open the AIFORYA Forms menu, create a form and copy the generated shortcode.

Paste the shortcode into a page or a post: the form is live, and you find the replies in the Entries tab as well as by email.
