Why take consent management seriously?

In Europe, setting analytics or marketing cookies without valid consent exposes you to sanctions and, above all, to a loss of trust from your visitors. The rules are clear: refusing must be as easy as accepting, and you must be able to prove the consent collected. A simple decorative banner is not enough.

Many consent extensions rely on a paid cloud service, call a geolocation server on each visit, or charge for the proof log. AIFORYA GDPR & Consent takes the opposite stance: everything runs on your server, the banner displays to everyone by default, and the proof of consent is kept locally, signed to be enforceable under Article 7 of the GDPR.
