WordPress XML Sitemap: the free AIFORYA plugin
Generate an XML sitemap for Google and Bing. Free WordPress plugin, generated locally, no API key. Optional search engine notification.

Publish a clean XML sitemap and let Google discover your pages faster.
AIFORYA Sitemap generates an XML sitemap of your site at the address /aiforya-sitemap.xml. Search engines use it to crawl your pages faster and spot those that have been updated. It is a discreet but essential pillar of organic search — and this plugin is free, with no time limit, no API key.
- Free and complete: XML sitemap, content types, categories, modification dates, everything is included.
- Generated locally: the sitemap is built on your server, with no transmission to a third-party service.
- Lightweight: a dedicated plugin, not one more module in a sprawling SEO suite.
Why an XML sitemap changes things for your SEO
A search engine can only index what it discovers. On a growing site, some deep or recent pages stay invisible for a long time for lack of being crawled. The XML sitemap solves this problem: it gives Google and Bing the exhaustive list of your addresses, with the last-modification date of each. Result: faster discovery of your new content and more reliable indexing.
Many sites balk at two obstacles: existing plugins are either paid, or integrated into a heavy suite that slows the whole site down for an otherwise simple function. AIFORYA Sitemap does the opposite: a single mission, cleanly executed, with no overhead.
What the plugin does
- Complete XML sitemap — homepage, published posts and pages, at the address
/aiforya-sitemap.xml. - Content type selection — choose which public content types to include (posts, pages, custom types).
- Categories and tags — optionally include category and tag archives.
- Last-modification dates — each address shows its
lastmoddate in the standard format, a valuable signal for search engines. - Adjustable URL limit — control the number of listed addresses, from 1 to 2000.
- Publication notification (optional) — automatically signal your sitemap to Google and Bing on a new publication. This option is disabled by default; when you enable it, only your sitemap's address is transmitted, never any personal data.
How it does better than competing free plugins
