Let your customers pick a delivery date, without breaking your checkout.

AIFORYA Delivery Date Picker adds a delivery date selector to your WooCommerce checkout. You set the days and hours you deliver, how many orders you can take per slot, and the dates you are closed; the customer picks from what is left. The date is saved on the order and appears as a sortable, filterable column in your orders list, so you can see at a glance what has to go out tomorrow.

The problem it solves

A delivery promise is made at the most fragile step of the buying journey: the checkout page. If the field does not show up — because the theme has an unusual layout, because the store has moved to the block checkout, or simply because a JavaScript library was not loaded — that is not a cosmetic defect: it is an order going out with no date, or a customer walking away.

That is exactly what comes up most often in the support forums of extensions of this kind: "the calendar does not show", "it disappears when I enable the block checkout", "it is cut off on mobile". The cause is almost always the same: the calendar relies on a third-party library that is no longer there, or it is absolutely positioned and gets clipped by the theme.

AIFORYA Delivery Date Picker was built starting from those failures.

What the extension does

• Date selector on the checkout page — the field sits at the position you choose (before or after customer details, below the billing or shipping address, before the order button). Label, help text and required status are all editable.
• Both checkouts, for real — on the block checkout the field is registered through the native WooCommerce additional-fields API. If there is no JavaScript, the customer still gets a working field; the calendar is only an enhancement on top.
• A calendar that holds up — plain JavaScript, no dependency on jQuery UI, a panel laid out in the document flow (so never clipped by a sticky header or an overflow hidden container), 44 px touch targets, and a watcher on the checkout because WooCommerce rebuilds the block whenever the cart is updated.
• Weekly delivery schedule — turn each weekday on or off, set opening and closing times, and cap the number of orders per slot.
• Unavailable dates — block your exceptional closures (public holidays, annual closure, vacations) so they are never offered to the customer.
• Public holidays for your store's country — the suggested closures follow the country declared in WooCommerce, not one country's calendar imposed on the whole world.
• Carrier management — create your carriers, link each one to a WooCommerce shipping method and to delivery zones, and set its standard lead time.
• Delivery column in the orders list — sortable and filterable, and sorting never hides an order that has no date yet.
• Performance dashboard — share of orders with a scheduled date, average lead time, and a feed of the latest orders with their expected date.
• Closures export — your blocked dates as CSV or JSON.

How it does better than competing free extensions

Installation in 3 minutes

1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
2. Download the extension from this page, then activate it from the Plugins menu.
3. Open AIFORYA Delivery Date Picker › Calendar to set your days, hours and closures, then Carriers and Settings.

Out of the box the plugin already offers Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00: the selector works on your checkout before you have configured anything at all.

What it does not do

It does not calculate shipping rates, does not talk to any carrier online and does not print labels: it schedules dates, and nothing leaves your site. Removing the plugin data on uninstall is a setting you turn on yourself — it is off by default, so deactivating never throws away your configuration.
